Worker taken to hospital after Farleigh Mill fall

UPDATE 9.30AM: QUEENSLAND Ambulance crews had to treat a worker at Farleigh Mill Monday morning after they were injured in a fall.

A QAS spokeswoman said a person had been transported to Mackay Base Hospital with a shoulder injury.

Emergency services could not provide any further details.

UPDATE 9.20AM: QUEENSLAND Ambulance services are assessing a worker who has had a fall at Farleigh Mill.

A QAS spokesman confirmed paramedics were on scene.

"We were called to Farleigh Mill at 8.45am to a man who had fallen from height,” the spokesman said.

"We are on scene assessing a male in his 20s who has shoulder and back pain.”

BREAKING 9AM: EMERGENCY services are responding to Farleigh following reports someone has had a fall.

Initial reports suggest someone has fallen at the Farleigh Mill however it is unclear how serious the incident is. No further information is available at this time.
