Aussie Stingers stay unbeaten in Beijing

THE Australian women's team, the Aussie Stingers, extended its unbeaten start to the year to eight games.

Australia beating Canada 12-8 in its opening game of the FINA World League Super Finals in Beijing.

West Australian Glencora Ralph scored a hat-trick, while Hannah Buckling, Ashleigh Southern, and Nicola Zagame bagged two each.

The Aussies played London Olympic silver medallists Spain overnight.
