VITAMIN giant Blackmores is delivering more than just fish oil to its staff, with workers to be given six weeks bonus pay as the company hits paydirt in Asian markets.
Most of the 900 staff at the company are to benefit, according to Fairfax Media.
With the Australian minimum wage now at $656.90 a week, that deal amounts to $3941.40 for even the company's lowest paid workers.
Close to one-third of Blackmore's sales, about $150 million, have come from customers in Asia. Total Blackmores sales leapt 50% in the first six months of 2015.
Blackmores chief Christine Holgate said company has long had a profit-sharing scheme, with meant 10% of company profits was paid out to staff.

The company sold 35 million bottles of vitamins, oils and other products through 2014-15.
