Two-vehicle crash leaves one man dead, another uninjured

A MAN died yesterday afternoon following a two vehicle traffic crash at Clontarf.

Initial information suggests around 1.50pm a motor cycle collided with a sedan at the intersection of Yacht Street and Cornelius Street.

The 21-year-old rider of the motorcycle died at the scene as a result of his injuries.

The 28-year-old male driver of the sedan was not physically injured.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
