UPDATE: Man still fighting for life after Inglewood crash

UPDATE: A 70-YEAR-old Kyoomba man remains in a critical condition with life-threatening injuries following a motorbike crash near Inglewood last night.

Inglewood Police Senior Constable Matthew Shaw confirmed the man's condition hadn't changed much overnight.

"Investigations are still continuing into the cause of the crash," he said.

 

EARLIER: TWO men have been taken to Toowoomba hospital after a motorcycle crash where police believe two bikes collided.

Police are investigating the motorcycle traffic crash at Nandawar near Inglewood last night.

A spokesman said early investigations suggested one of the motorcycles crashed into the back of another motorcycle at the intersection of Nandawar Tin Hut and Tobacco Roads.

Both riders were thrown from their bikes.

A 70-year-old Kyoomba man was taken to the Toowoomba Hospital with life threatening injuries.

A 39-year-old Stanthorpe man was also taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
