Two bodies wash up on NSW beach

TWO bodies have washed up on a beach north of Newcastle.

The ABC has been told the bodies were believed to be those of crew members on a yacht that had been travelling from Broken Bay, north of Sydney.

The yacht was declared overdue yesterday.

The bodies were found on Birubi Beach at Port Stephens a short time ago.
