Teen Cole Miller's alleged killer plans to plead guilty

ONE of the men accused of killing Sunshine Coast teen Cole Miller in a late night attack intends to plead guilty.

At the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Tuesday Lawyers for Armstrong Renata indicated a guilty plea was expected.

Me Renata is accused of the unlawful striking causing death of Mr Miller.

The matter was set for a committal hand up to a higher court on Tuesday but was adjourned until next Wednesday.

Police allege Mr Renata was involved in a late night one-punch attack in Brisbane that killed Mr Miller.

Mr Renata did not appear and was remanded in custody.
