Police hunt woman after racist attack on Sydney train

SYDNEY police are still searching for a woman who allegedly punched a 15-year-old girl on a train in Parramatta during a racist attack on Sunday.

The teenager, of Asian appearance, was attacked while sitting with friends on the train on Sunday afternoon.

Police reported the woman verbally abused her before punching her repeatedly in the face.

Investigators are appealing for witnesses and seeking CCTV footage of the incident.
