Public nuisance yells at RBT police to 'do some work'

A MAN who repeatedly swore at police as they conducted a random breath test came before Gladstone Magistrate's Court on Tuesday on charges of public nuisance and obstructing police.

The court heard Paul Nicholas Daly yelled at police officers to "do some f***ing work" as he hung out the back window of a passing car on May 1.

Once intercepted, Daly continued to abuse police and resisted arrest.

He was fined $1200. A conviction was recorded.
