Woman hit by car after neighbourhood dispute erupts

UPDATE: A WOMAN was allegedly struck by a car and taken to hospital after an ongoing neighbourhood dispute got out of hand.

The incident happened just after midday yesterday and a number of family members were said to have witnessed the drama.

The 37-year-old was taken to hospital by ambulance with a hip injury.

Bundaberg Police spokesman said they were told by the daughter of the woman that there was an argument between the male driver and the woman shortly before it happened.

He said a number of police attended the Apollo St address including CIB and scenes of crimes.

Investigations are continuing and anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
