IT'S the final week for our photographers who will be driving all over Ipswich, taking photos of the last of the preps from 99 schools in the region.

It's all to ensure no prep student misses out on the year's most popular feature

My First Year is out on March 25th, and will feature every prep student from the Ipswich region.

This year, more schools than ever have agreed to take part, with every single one of the 99 schools from Gatton to Carole Park joining in to make this the biggest feature ever.

In total, My First Year 2020 will feature over 4000 prep students, from 99 schools, filling up 64 adorable pages.

So if your son or daughter is getting their pic taken in the next few days, make sure they bring their biggest smiles with them to school!

Our photographers are on the road every morning in February to take photos of prep classes right across the Ipswich region, and with two new schools opening the doors two weeks ago, it means that there are now 99 schools that have been invited to take part. Can we crack the 100 mark in 2021? Time will tell.

That's more than 240 classes!

We'll be printing extra copies of the paper for the day, as many parents like to get copies for grandparents and as a memento to dig out for 18th and 21st birthday parties.
