BreastScreen van parks up at major shopping centre

WOMEN who visit Riverlink Shopping Centre will be able to run their errands and receive a free breast screen, with the mobile van set up to examine women from January 7-25.

The mobile van will be located in the lower east mall carpark under the Goodlife Gym.

Appointments are free for women aged 40 and over. When you drop in for an examination, your appointment will be one-on-one with a female health professional, your breast screen will be read independently by two special trained doctors, and it will only take 30 minutes out of your day.

BreastScreen Queensland has been delivering breast cancer screening and assessment services for more than 25 years.
