A MEMORIAL fund for murdered teen Jayde Kendall has been set up to support her family.

The account started early this morning and has already raised more than $800.

It is to help fund the 16-year-old's funeral.

"Jayde was only 16," the fund explained.

"She went to school and worked in Gatton.

"She has left behind her father, brother and sister, as well as extended family and a devastated community.

"Together we would like to help Jayde's family give her a beautiful funeral, show them how much Jayde meant to so many people, and how many lives she has touched."
