Knife-wielding bandit on the run after Dinmore robbery

Police are investigating after an armed robbery at a Dinmore service station last night.

About 9pm a man has entered the store and threatened a female staff member with a knife, demanding money.

The staff member has complied and the man fled on foot with a sum of cash.

The man is described as Caucasian in appearance, 177cm high and medium build.

The 21-year-old staff member was not physically injured during the incident.

Police are appealing for anyone who has information in relation to the matter or may have relevant dash cam or CCTV footage to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
