Foul-mouthed commuter attacks two train passengers

AUTHORITIES are continuing investigations into a fight between three women on a train.

Mobile phone footage of Thursday's brawl shows a foul-mouthed commuter getting irate after another woman complains about her language.

The commuter then attacks the complainant before attacking a bystander who tries to break up the fight.

"A woman tried to stop it but she was getting bashed too so I tried to step in," witness Alejandri Rodriguez  told the Nine Network.

"There were a lot of guys there but they didn't do anything but look."

A Metro Trains spokeswoman said the company was helping Melbourne's Transit Police to investigate the fight. - ARM NEWSDESK
