For the love of vintage

I'M going to sound like one of those tossers, but here goes anyway. I have always, I mean always, loved vintage.

From as soon as I was out there shopping for myself, I was trawling the op shops and markets.

Naturally, part of that was because it was all I could afford.

When I was at university, I haunted the inner city op shops and markets in Sydney.

I even had a stall at Paddington markets, reselling vintage finds that for one reason or another I was happy to let go of.

Those were the days (I dream of them) when you could find a 1920s beaded ball gown in a country op shop for 50 cents, I kid you not.

This region (because we're all so fabulous) has an abundance of vintage clothing outlets.
