Financial institution robbed, possibly at gunpoint

POLICE are investigating the armed robbery of a financial institution on Logan Road in Holland Park this afternoon.

Initial investigations indicate about 5pm two men entered the premises with their faces concealed and threatened employees with what is believed to be a firearm and made demands.

The men took a sum of cash and fled the scene.

No one was injured in the incident.

Investigations are continuing.
