West Indies keeper faces fine after claiming dropped ball

WEST Indies keeper Denesh Ramdin may have a big price to pay - he was charged by the ICC after allegedly claiming a dropped catch in Saturday's Champions Trophy win over Pakistan at The Oval.

Ramdin appeared to claim a catch he had dropped off Pakistan captain Misbah ul-Haq when the batsman, who went on to make 96 not out, was on nought.

The hearing will take place today - penalty options include fines of up to 100% of his match fee, or a suspension of up to two ODIs.
