Crash at Toowong sends driver to hospital

POLICE are investigating a single vehicle accident that occurred in Toowong yesterday.

Preliminary information suggests around 3.45pm a vehicle travelling inbound on Coronation Drive left the road and collided with a light pole, injuring the driver.

The sole occupant of the vehicle was taken to the Royal Brisbane Women's Hospital with serious injuries.
