Woman walks away from highway crash

UPDATE 2.30PM: QUEENSLAND Ambulance Service has confirmed a woman involved in a single vehicle crash earlier this afternoon has escaped serious injury.

The woman's vehicle ran off the Warrego Highway at Marburg about 1.15pm, hitting a power pole.

Paramedics checked on the woman but she declined transport.

EARLIER: THERE are reports of a vehicle colliding with a pole in an accident on the Warrego Highway this afternoon.

Paramedics and firefighters were called to the crash at Marburg about 1.15pm.

Initial reports suggest injuries, although this is yet to be confirmed.

The crash is believed to be in the west-bound lanes.
