RSPCA opens up care campus

RSPCA Qld will hold an Open House at its Animal Care Campus at Wacol on August 19.

The event will officially launch Cupcake Day.

The annual fundraiser will be held on August 20 and the open day will have lots of cupcakes for sale and a host of other activities.

If you've ever wanted to take a look behind the scenes at the Animal Hospital then this is the time to do it.

Special guests will include car racing champion and RSPCA ambassador Craig Lowndes and Brisbane band Cheap Fakes will perform live.

It promises to be a fun morning for the whole family with children's rides and numerous food, drink, craft and RSPCA information stalls.

Admission is free for everyone.
