Ipswich punter scoops $240,000 prize in Gold Lotto

THE Ipswich customer who bought a winning ticket in Saturday's Gold Lotto draw will have plenty of reasons to celebrate after claiming their $240,000 prize.

The unregistered division one winning ticket was purchased from Nextra Riverlink at Riverlink Shopping Centre.

Store manager Colleen Salomon said the business was continuing its lucky streak after selling two division one tickets last year.

"It feels great when you see you've sold a big prize," she said.

Throughout Australia, there were 17 winners that each won a division one share.

There were four division one winners in Queensland, with the other winning tickets purchased in Cairns, Cleveland and Annerley.
