Alzheimer’s strikes German superstar

LEGENDARY German player Gerd Mueller is suffering from Alzheimer's. His former club Bayern Munich said the 69-year-old  had been receiving treatment for the condition since February this year.

Mueller, a member of Germany's 1974 World Cup-winning team, scored 533 goals from 585 career games, including a record 365 in the Bundesliga. He won 13 titles with Bayern Munich.
