A COOMINYA man charged with allegedly sexually assaulting random women at Riverlink Shopping Centre has had his matter return to court.
Peter William Marshall, 55, was charged in April, 2016 with six counts of sexual assault, indecent treatment of a child and stealing.
The alleged attacks occurred over a three-week period between March 28 and April 11, 2016 at various locations throughout the centre.
The alleged offences were committed against women aged 15 and upwards.
Mr Marshall is accused of grabbing at women's buttocks and rubbing himself against them.
Police held concerns at the time there were more victims than those who had already come forward.
His legal representative told Ipswich Magistrates Court on Wednesday the case was progressing but he required further time to digest the police brief of evidence.
Magistrate Deborah Vasta adjourned the matter until August 28.
Mr Marshall was granted bail in April albeit under a host of strict conditions.
Those conditions include he does not enter Riverlink Shopping Centre, attend all medical appointments and comply with the reasonable directions of medical practitioners.
He is also required to reside at an address in Maryvale, near Warwick.
