Serena Williams beaten by Swiss teen at Rogers Cup


WORLD No.1 Serena Williams has lost for just the second time this year, beaten 3-6 7-5 6-4 by Swiss teenager Belinda Bencic in the Rogers Cup semi-finals in Toronto.

The 18-year-old Bencic became the youngest player to beat the American since Maria Sharapova did it as a 17-year-old in 2004.
