15-year-old girl missing from Goodna found safe with family

UPDATE: A 15-year-old girl missing from Goodna has been found safe and well this morning.

The girl was found with family in the area and has returned home.

Police thank the media and public for their assistance in this matter.

EARLIER: POLICE are appealing for public assistance to locate a girl missing from Goodna yesterday afternoon.

The 15-year-old was last seen around 4pm at an address on Storr Circuit but hasn't been seen or contacted family or friends since.

Police hold concerns for her welfare due to her age and that her behaviour is out of character.

She was last seen wearing a school uniform which is a green polo shirt with a black collar and green sleeves (pictured).

Anyone who may be able to assist police is being urged to contact police immediately.

Investigations are continuing.
