Gerard Baden-Clay to make second bid for bail
THE real estate agent accused of killing his wife and dumping her body in a creek will make a second bid for bail.
Gerard Baden-Clay was charged with murdering wife Allison in April and dumping her body at Kholo Creek.
Police found Mrs Baden-Clay's body 10 days after her husband reported her missing.
Baden-Clay, who has always maintained his innocence, will make his second application for bail next month.
His application will be heard in the Supreme Court in Brisbane on December 14.
Baden-Clay has already had a bid for bail knocked back once when a judge declared him a flight risk.
Police alleged Baden-Clay killed his wife to use her life insurance pay-out to pay off his large debt.
